壁画保存修復、文化財保存学
壁画の保存修復や技法・材料、修復技法に関する研究を行っています。近年では、イタリア、トルコ、ミャンマー、エジプトなどで文化遺産保護に係る活動に従事し、過去に使用された修復材料の安全な除去方法について研究しています。
